Cold hands increase the risk for RSI. These gloves improve bloodcirculation. Wearing gloves to keep hands warm should not be confused with the wearing of wrist splints. Please be aware that wearing wrist splints can lead to muscle atrophy and can force arms into awkward positions at the keyboard and lead to elbow injuries.

A large variety of custom gloves are available from Linda Lorraine including fingerless gloves and mitts in several lengths. Check out her website for more information on the styles available. The longer crop fingerless gloves, #133, 134, and 135 cover a maximum of the finger length and can fit to midway between the hand and elbow to keep forearms warm as well. Gloves are made of standard stretch fabrics, but many other options are available.
