Note: If any of these stretches cause undue pain, please do not perform them or modify them so that they do not cause pain!
leg stretch

Leg Extension (for legs and lower back)

While sitting in chair...
  1. Straighten leg directly out in front of you.
  2. Flex foot by pointing toes toward ceiling.
  3. Hold for five seconds, then release and point toward ceiling again.
  4. Repeat three to five times.
  5. Return foot to floor and switch legs.
